How It All Started

A year ago, I was standing in a hotel in Zurich. Premium atmosphere, dimmed lights, the scent of eucalyptus in the air. I thought: 'Why only in hotels? Why not every day?'

Then I checked what a diffuser like that costs in Swiss retail. CHF 180.

I started researching. And realized: The same products are available globally for a fraction — but without proper customer service, without clear descriptions, without guarantees.

Many shops claim '2-day shipping' and deliver in 3 weeks. I'm upfront: 10–20 business days for direct shipping, usually 2–3 from our Swiss warehouse — the exact date is shown with each item and at checkout. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower.

Why? Because we ship direct from manufacturers. That saves you 30-50% compared to boutique prices — and saves us warehouse costs we don't want.
